Christina Applegate

ChristinaChristina Applegate, born November 25, 1971 [1] is an American actress. As a child actress she was recognized for her role as Kelly Bundy in the Fox sitcom Married... with Children (1987-1997). Applegate was able to establish a successful TV and film career throughout her later years, securing a Primetime Emmy Award from seven nominations, as well as nominations for four Golden Globe Awards and a Tony Award. Applegate played the title role in the NBC sitcom Jesse (1998-1900) which earned her an award for the Golden Globe Award. Applegate was awarded an award of a Primetime Emmy Award for her guest role in the NBC sitcom Friends (2002-2003). In the Broadway revival of Sweet Charity (2005), she was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical. Samantha Who?, an ABC sitcom, was her final role. She was a star in the sitcom Samantha Who? on ABC? (2007-2009), where she earned two Primetime Emmy Award nominees and a Golden Globe Award nomination; and the NBC sitcom Up All Night (2011).
