Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. She is best known as anchor of the CNN morning program At This Hour. Bolduan was previously co-anchoring CNN morning shows New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan is part of CNN's prestigious presidential election coverage in 2012. Her prior experience included working as a Washington DC based correspondent, reporting on all aspects of both US House and Senate. Bolduan was a Capitol Hill Unit member when she reported on the Congress cycle and events such as the discussions to raise the federal credit limit or the deliberations of the super committee. Her work on general assignments has included reports regarding the Christmas Day Bombing, Obamacare's Supreme Court Decision and implementation of the Government's stimulus program in 2009. She was hired by CNN Newsource as National Correspondent back in 2007. As a correspondent for the national network, she covered breaking news and feature reports for over 800 CNN Newsource affiliates. In the past, she was an anchor on NBC News MSNBC & WTVD-TV. She lives with her family within New York City.
